Your School Transformation Plan
Starting from a unified vision to functional “boots on the ground” consultative support we foster the transformation of your school district. Data based, science directed, systems theory-adaptive design consultation provides an empirical approach to moving your school district in the direction it needs to move. With Systems Design School Consultation design since 1991, our team can drive the change your district needs.
Mindworks Systems Design Consultation
Data Based
We use all available information about your school district: student performance, demographic information, and that is just the start. We bring our own data collection tools to produce real time feedback about our effectiveness.
Science Directed
We don’t have opinions at Mindworks. We use the scientific literature to make the best decisions. We start with the facts and constantly search for better ways to solve problems.
Empirical Approach
At Mindworks, we don’t sell a dream, we produce results. We collect data, analyze, and iterate our consultation design to ensure that we follow through on our plan for you.
Assessing and treating systems since 1991
Mindworks is Lonny Webb’s System Design Consultation method applied to teachers, schools, and districts. We work to look at the systems that are in place in those different areas, assess how they are performing, and then design solutions custom-fit to help solve problems and achieve outcomes.
Our consultation is literature based and outcome oriented to make sure that our results help the organization from top to bottom.

The Mindworks Approach
Every school is different
We don’t recycle material. Our approach is always specific to each school and that means our process starts with listening to you.
